Fees: 3,500/ month, If you enroll for 3 months you get 3 months FREE. You get to train all days with a training partner(not with the instructor).
If you want to upskill your striking, grappling, and defense against weapon attacks while also getting fit, then opt for personal training, where the sessions are progressive and tailored specifically to you. Unlike group training, personal training offers focused, individualized instruction.
While it's possible to learn some basic self-defense techniques online without a partner, it's essential to understand that practical application and effectiveness often require real-life practice with a partner. Online resources can provide valuable knowledge about techniques and strategies, but hands-on training with a partner allows you to refine your skills, understand timing and distance, and develop muscle memory. I will provide you with online guidance and exclusive video tutorials to help you train progressively.
Note: the training will be Progressive not fast & hard. (The program is customizable according to the student's needs) If you want hard/fast training opt for crash course.
