Refund Policy

All fees for basic self-defense and advanced self-defense training services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

 Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it is final and cannot be refunded, regardless of attendance or completion of the training sessions.

 In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies, please contact me to discuss your situation. Any decisions on exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and at my sole discretion.
