Self defense Training for Beginners

8 weeks — 2 sessions/week — 90 minutes/session

Training

Train how people actually get attacked — not sport moves, but simple, effective strikes and escapes that work when you’re tired and stressed. This 8-week course builds the fitness and muscle memory to run, de-escalate, or fight your way to safety. Fee ₹5,398 — small groups, high attention, real scenarios.

Training days and batches

Batch 1: Tue, Thu 7:00 Am

Batch 2: Thu 6 Pm, Sun 5 Pm

Batch 3: Sat 8:30 Am, Sun 5 Pm (weekend batch).

Who this is for

1. Busy professionals, students and parents who want practical, high-value skills fast.

2. No prior experience required; suitable for beginners through intermediate.

3. People who want real, repeatable drills — not showy moves.

Learning outcomes (what students will leave with)

Improved fight-fitness: stamina, explosive power, recovery under stress.

Practical striking (gross motor patterns) for street use: palm strikes, hammerfists, knees, low kicks.

Reliable escapes from common grabs, chokes, and restraining holds.

Decision framework for best choices: run, de-escalate, attract attention, or fight.

Ability to handle average-case threats confidently and safely under pressure.

Weekly progression (8 weeks)

Weeks 1–2: Foundations — movement, basic strikes, simple escapes, build base conditioning.

Weeks 3–4: Integration — faster striking combos, partner resistance, standing escapes under stress.

Weeks 5–6: Complexity — multi-attacker awareness, improvised weapons, environment use (stairs, car, corridors).

Weeks 7–8: Pressure & performance — timed scenarios, fatigue drills, final assessment and roadmap for ongoing training (next steps: KALAH or worst-case modules).
