Yes. We have a Primitive Module designed for absolute beginners with zero fitness or training background.
Not at all. You donโt need to be fit to start โ you start to become fit through training.
You get 3 hours of training every week, split into 2 or 3 sessions โ up to you.
A beginner-friendly program focused on Combat fitness, self-defense best case and Average case scenarios, and confidence building.
KALAH is our advanced training path focused on realistic survival scenarios, pressure drills, and calm-under-chaos conditioning.
KALAH is invitation-only. You earn it through consistency, discipline, and readiness.
