Age Eligibility
Conditional: 18–20 years
Accepted only after assessment for emotional maturity, discipline, physical readiness, and ability to train safely with others.
Primary: 21–45 years
Suitable for structured, pressure-based training and long-term progression.
Conditional: 46–55 years
Accepted after assessment for fitness level, recovery capacity, past injuries, and medical considerations. Training intensity may be adapted.
Trial Session (Booking compulsory)
One trial session can be booked by specifying your preferred time slot.
Trail Session Fees
₹199 per person
This helps ensure commitment and covers the instructor’s time. Please consider it an energy exchange for the value provided.
If you join the regular program, the trial fee will be adjusted in your monthly fees.
