Here, we have a 5-day course , running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

5-Day Course: Covers hand-to-hand combat, knife defense, stick defense and gun defense for Rs. 45,000₹ per person .

Choke/lock defense (front, side, rear, rear head lock, side head lock)

Punch defense (All directions)

Punch defense on the ground

Knife defense (straight & ice pick)

Knife defense on the ground

Stick defense (all directions)

Gun defense 

Gun defense on the ground 

Note: The course includes all the relevant equipment. Accommodation can be arranged on request if you are travelling from outside Pune.
