Personal/Group Training Basic to Advanced Self Defense

Foundational Self-Defense Training Program

Our Program
Combine high-energy fitness kickboxing with foundational self-defense techniques to achieve the perfect blend of fitness, strength, and real-world protection skills developed by the Israeli military.

What I Offer


1. Fitness Kickboxing & Sparring drills
Full-body workouts inspired by kickboxing drills. Burn up to 800 calories per session while building strength, stamina, and coordination. Perfect for boosting overall fitness and mental well-being.


2. Foundational Self-Protection- Offensive drills
Learn practical techniques focused on offensive drills, prevention, de-escalation, and escape.
Training includes:
- Striking(Street style) and aggression-building exercises, Subject Controlling drills.

- Using improvised weapons for self-protection.


3. Advanced training (using principles of KALAH Self-Defense): Defense against worst-case scenarios (Knife, Gun & stick defense) in extreme close quarters, taught upon demonstrating progress.


Training Structure
Progressive Monthly Sessions available 


Pricing(Progressive Beginner Friendly):
12 sessions of 1 hour each (Mixed batch) : ₹3,500 per month (Mon, Wed and Fri 7:30 - 8:30 Am) or 

8 Sessions of 90 mins each (Ladies only batch): ₹3,500 per month (Sat 7:30- 9 Am and Sun 8-9:30 Am).
Mon-Fri sessions: ₹4,000 per month

Kids: ₹2,500 per month


Batch Size: Maximum 6 students


Personal Training (Basic to Intensive Training):

Train at your preferred time, either individually or with a partner.
Choose from two modules:

Basic Training – Kickboxing and self-defense-specific basic drills: ₹22,500 per person for 3 months 12 1hour sessions/month.

Intense Training – ₹45,000 per person
This program includes 3 months (12 1 hour sessions per month) of advanced self-defense training designed to improve your physical fitness, strength, and mindset.
No prior training experience is required for either module.
